Description :
- Both the surfaces of all the four plastic PVC sheets are coated with the hot melted glue and superimposed one on another.
- Butter papers (release paper) are placed on two open sides of the gum coated superimposed sheets to avoid the leakage of gum and to avoid the stickiness.
- Three circular small holes are made at equal distance on one margin of the glued bunch of sheets.
- A metal wire is inserted in each spiral hole and a small ring is made by joining the two ends of wires in each hole.
- The string is fitted in two outer (marginal) holes to hang the trap in the field.

- This multi-layered sticky trap provides 8 sticky surfaces for insect attraction over the period to overcome the problem of repeated washing or replacement of sticky traps.
- It increases the insect trapping per unit of time of sticky trap life.

Operation of the Trap :
- Hang the multi-layered sticky trap near the height of canopy of the crop.
- Remove the outer butter paper from both the sides.
- Leave it to attract and kill the pests.
- Monitor the trap sheet surface for stickiness and deposition of dust/ insects/ debris 5.
- If turned non-sticky due to deposition, just turn one sheet to other side and fix both the non-sticky surfaces.
- Newly open sheet surfaces start working as new trap.
